1. Q: What kind of ground should the shelter install on?
A: The shelter should be installed on firm ground, not on swamp, soft/wet ground. We offer auger, pegs or plug bolts for fixation, the ground should receive and retain them firmly in position.
2. Q: Can I install the shelter without experience with it?
A: All parts are included in the package, also the assembly manual. You could assemble the shelter successfully according to the assembly manual step by step. Our shelter is designed for easy assembly for customers.
3. Q: What's kind of package for the shelter?
A: For small size models, we use strong cartons.  And for bigger size models we use crates which could use forklift for loading.
4. Q: What's the payment term?
A: Our payment term is T/T or L/C at sight. Once we receive your deposit or L/C, we will start the production and ship asap, then you pay us the balance payment upon receipt of the copy of bill of lading.
5. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We have our own factory.
